Professional Consultation and Supervision

Consultation and Supervision for Licensed Therapists, Educators, Care Providers, and Allied Professionals

Many clinicians encounter complex cases that benefit from additional reflection, perspective, and professional dialogue. While some providers have access to consultation teams or multidisciplinary colleagues, others practice independently and may not have a consistent space to process challenging cases.

Dr. Panicha McGuire, LMFT, RPT-S™ offers clinical consultation sessions virtually for licensed therapists and mental health professionals seeking support, case consultation, and ongoing professional development. These sessions are designed to support clinicians, care providers, and all allied professionals in strengthening support skills and practice in ways that are ethical, affirming, and aligned with their values.

Areas of Consultation

Consultation may focus on a range of clinical and professional topics, including:

  • Case conceptualization
  • Neurodiversity-affirming therapy
  • ADHD, autism, and AuDHD presentations and differentials
  • Overlapping neurodivergent experiences
  • Masking, burnout, and rejection sensitivity
  • Ethical guidelines in clinical work
  • LGBTQIA+ and Gender-Affirming care
  • Sensory differences and nervous system regulation
  • Child-centered approaches
  • Play therapy interventions
  • Parent consultation and caregiver support
  • Cultural humility and intersectionality in clinical practice
  • Anti-oppressive, decolonial, and liberation-oriented frameworks
