Therapy forTeens
The teenage years bring new challenges—friendships, identity, family relationships, school, and the pressure to figure out who you are while the world seems to expect you to have all the answers.
Our role isn’t to lecture or “fix” teens. It’s to create a space where they feel respected, understood, and safe enough to be themselves. Depending on your teen’s interests and needs, sessions may include conversation, creative activities, movement, games, or other experiential approaches that make therapy feel engaging rather than intimidating.
Whether we’re working through anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, identity exploration, or life transitions, therapy is collaborative and tailored to your teen’s unique strengths, values, and goals. We also partner with parents when appropriate while respecting your teen’s growing independence and privacy.
