Life doesn't stand still, and neither do you. As your needs change, we're here to offer support that grows with you, whether you need support for a season or choose to return during a new chapter of your life.
Schedule a free 15-min phone or video consultation. Our goal is to help you find the right support. If that's with Living Lotus, wonderful. If not, we'll do our best to connect you with resources or referrals that fit your needs.
There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Whether you're looking for ongoing therapy, an assessment, or support in creating a life that better fits your needs, we'll build a plan together.
Our team brings different specialties and perspectives so we can help match you with the therapist who best fits your needs.
You are more than a label. We are here to understand your relationships, culture, identity, nervous system, and lived experiences.
Some clients work with us during one season of life. Others return years later when life changes. Therapy is here whenever you need it.
We won't tell you who to become. We'll work together to discover what works best for you.

I have long witnessed Maggie’s talent for compassionate care and ability to create safe spaces for others to open up. She has such a natural way with children, is highly approachable, and is a very good listener. She’s especially great with neurodivergent kids and provides affirming support for LGBTQ+ youth. I strongly recommend Dr. Panicha McGuire as a highly competent professional and expert therapist, as well as a strong continuing education provider. Dr. Panicha was a star graduate student of mine when I worked full-time as a professor. She went on to specialist in neurodivergent children, teens, and adults. She works with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing sensitivity, and other flavors of neurodiversity. Dr. Panicha is LGBTQIAA+ affirming, and she has a knack for connecting with people who feel as though they are on the margins of society. She works with diverse racial and ethnic populations, and she does an amazing job educating parents on how they can help their neurodivergent kiddos. Dr. Panicha also offers online continuing education for California therapists who want to learn more about working with diverse, neurodivergent populations.Posted on Google Lauren GarrettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am grateful to have been Dr. Mcguire's colleague/friends for the last 6+ years. She is highly recommended. I would happily send my friends and family to her and know they would be in great hands, especially (but not only) if the clients are children, on the autism spectrum, or have ADHD issues. Dr. Mcguire is very well trained, compassionate, effective, and knowledgeable about her skills. Although she is a colleague, I always learn a lot from her videos on social media.
