We believe neurodivergence isn’t something to be fixed. It’s one of the many ways people experience the world. Wherever you identify within the neurodiversity spectrum—or if you’re still exploring whether a diagnosis or neurotype fits your experiences—you deserve therapy that begins with curiosity, respect, and understanding.

We recognize that brains develop and function in many different ways. Rather than asking how you can better fit into the world, we’ll explore how your unique way of thinking, feeling, sensing, and relating has shaped your experiences. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, understand the challenges you’ve faced, and develop strategies that honor your needs, values, and goals.

Some people come to therapy after receiving a diagnosis. Others are questioning, self-identifying, or simply trying to make sense of lifelong experiences. If you’re looking for greater clarity, we also offer assessments that complement our affirming approach to therapy.

Our goal isn’t to make you appear more “typical.” It’s to help you better understand yourself, advocate for your needs, and create a life that works for your brain.

We welcome individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum, including developmental, learning, psychiatric, acquired, and other forms of neurocognitive diversity, while recognizing that every person’s experience is unique.
