Are you struggling with concentration, impulsivity, or difficulty managing your daily tasks? Perhaps you’ve wondered if you could have ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)?
Our Modified Adult ADHD Evaluation services are designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your unique challenges. We offer a three-part evaluation process that combines questionnaires, assessments, and clinical interviews to help you navigate your ADHD journey with confidence.
Part 1: Convenient Questionnaire Upload
Getting started is easy and convenient. As a first step, you will gain access to a secure client portal, where you can fill out questionnaires that provide essential information about your symptoms, challenges, and overall functioning. These questionnaires will serve as a foundation for our evaluation process, helping us gain insights into your specific situation.
Part 2: Initial Session
During the initial session, which lasts approximately 90 minutes, we will dive deeper into your ADHD-related concerns. This session includes two crucial components:
- D-CPT Assessment: We will administer a specialized computerized test known as the D-CPT (Digital-Continuous Performance Test). This test assesses your auditory and visual attention and processing abilities. By measuring your responses to specific stimuli, it provides valuable insights into your attentional patterns and impulsivity.
- Clinical Interview: A detailed clinical interview, exploring various aspects of your life, including your personal history, daily challenges, and symptoms related to attention and focus will be conducted. This interview allows us to gather additional information, understand your unique experiences, and ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
Part 3: Feedback Session
After completing the initial session, we will schedule a 30-minute feedback session to discuss the results of your evaluation. This session serves as an opportunity for you to gain valuable insights into your ADHD-related symptoms.
Important Considerations
- Curiosity and Awareness: Our Modified Adult ADHD Evaluation services are designed for individuals who are curious about the presence of ADHD symptoms and seeking greater understanding. This evaluation can be beneficial not only for individuals but also for other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and therapists, who may be working with clients and want to explore the possibility of ADHD as a contributing factor to their symptoms. Please note that this evaluation is not intended for disability documentation or accommodations purposes and is not a comprehensive psychological or neuropsychological evaluation.
- Fully Telehealth: We understand the importance of convenience and accessibility. Our Modified Adult ADHD Evaluation services are conducted entirely through secure telehealth platforms, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re in California (CA), Hawaii (HI), or Colorado (CO), you can access our services remotely.
- Cost and Accessibility: The cost for our Modified Adult ADHD Evaluation package is $650. We believe in providing accessible and high-quality services, ensuring that you receive excellent value for your investment in your well-being.
